Printer not printing correct colors

Hello, 

My printer will not printer colors other than black, pink and yellow. Green, blue, purple, grey etc will not print. I have tried cleaning the printhead multiple times. When i make a copy - it still has issues printing those colors as well.

Try updating the firmware. Click here

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer itself.
