Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am having trouble with my HP Envy 4520 not printing in color. I do not have the option in the printing preferences under print/quality to change to color printing. How do I fix that? I have looked in the advance menus and nothing about color options. I have removed the printer and reinstalled it. It will print in color one time then revert back to black and white the next. I have disconnected the printer and set it back to factory default, reconnected it to our wifi, and still only printing in black and white. I have updated all the software and drivers after updating my computer and re-installing the printer. I do not understand why I do not have the option to choose color or grayscale. Please help!!!  It is driving me crazy and I NEED to print in color. Thank you so much!
