Hi @Mohd1999,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is not printing ink even after changing the cartridges, here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

Check Ink Cartridge Installation:

  • Ensure that the new ink cartridges are properly installed. Remove and reinsert them to confirm they are seated correctly.

Check for Protective Tapes:

  • Make sure any protective tape or plastic covering the cartridges or printhead has been removed.

Perform a Printhead Cleaning:

  • Access the printer's maintenance menu (usually found in the printer software or on the printer's control panel) and run the printhead cleaning utility. This can help clear any clogs.

Check Ink Levels:

  • Even if you've replaced the cartridges, verify that the ink levels are showing as full or adequate in the printer's software or control panel.

Align Printheads:

  • Sometimes misalignment can cause printing issues. Look for an option to align the printheads in the printer’s settings.

Check for Paper Jams or Obstructions:

  • Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer that could be affecting the printing process.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Make sure you have the latest drivers for your printer installed. You can find and download them from the HP website.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Inspect the Printhead:

  • If your printer allows, gently clean the printhead with a lint-free cloth and distilled water. Ensure it is dry before attempting to print again.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Verify that the printer settings are correct and that you haven’t accidentally selected a “print in black only” or similar setting that could be affecting color output.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
