My printer has stopped printing or copying anything black - just comes out blank. Colour is still working. I've put in a new black cartridge, and uninstalled and reinstalled all the software. It's still not working.

Thanks for your suggestion, however it's not scanning issues, but printing issues I'm having. It will only print colour, not anything in black. If I try to print black, it's comes out blank.It's an HP Envu 5020.
