I keep getting notifications from Amazon that I need to replace my ink, that my cartridges are low, I bought ink cartridges from Costco, brand new, installed and amazon is still tells me I need ink cartridges, I have done print tests and the printer has ink, when I try to print an Amazon return label it won’t print, WHY

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product Printer not printing out the Amazon return label. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

May I know If you are able to print any other documents?
