HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer has gradually ceased to print properly in colour. When it first started I would run a printer maintenance programme through the set up and it would come right but require repetition of this exercise a couple of times a week. Now it is not printing any blue colours. All my colour copies are therefore printing in greys, blacks and shades of pink and yellow. Any suggestions please? Thank you.

My HP OfficeJetPro 6978 all in one series, model T0F29A has the same problem. I have done all the diagnostics, cleaning levels, and print from flatbed, and still no blue. I have replaced the cyan cartridge, as well. Does anyone have helpful suggestions?

It would be really helpful to know if it is a toner or cartridge problem or if the printer has to just be replaced. I resent the idea of disposing of an otherwise functional printer but it has to be able to print in colour! Thanks for any tips offered.

Yes, I would like to know that, too, Nic. Still waiting for someone from HP to weigh in on what to do next.  Shipping an out-of-warranty printer for repair probably costs as much as buying a new printer. I miss on-site servicing.
