Product: TopShot Laserjet Pro M275 MFP
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP printer not printing as of 23.10.20. I have the latest HP printer driver and mac0S Catalina version 10.15.7. Apple support could not resolve the issue and have advised I contact HP support Mon-Fri i.e not available at weekends. Need some sort of software patch to process printing from Computer. 

 

Would be most grateful to know if one exists. Please could some one notify me,

The solution is to download (and install) this package which will update drivers AND THE CERTIFICATE:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-printer-essen...

If the link comes up blank, try right clicking and saving it. If you install this package and still have trouble, try uninstalling your printer and reinstalling.

 

Easy Admin did nothing. Easy Startup did nothing. 5.1 drivers did nothing. This worked for me!
