Please check Case No.[edited]

I refuse to buy new cartirdges if the ones we have do not work.

HP should provide cartridges to make sure the printer works!

Hi @Aqeel5,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your printer not printing. I can provide some general troubleshooting steps that you might find helpful.

Check Ink Levels

  • Ensure that the printer cartridges have sufficient ink. If the ink levels are low or empty, the printer might not print. Check this from the control panel of the printer or through the printer software on your computer.

Install Genuine HP Cartridges

  • Ensure that you are using genuine HP cartridges, as non-HP cartridges might cause issues with the performance or might not be recognized by the printer.

Perform a Printer Reset:

  •  Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about a minute, plug it back in, and power it on.

Clean the Printhead:

  •  There may be clogs in the ink nozzles. Use the printhead cleaning feature from the printer’s control panel or through the printer software.

Check for Updated Firmware

  • Make sure your printer firmware is up to date, as updates can resolve existing problems.

Take care and have an amazing day!
