Printer not recognizing HP Cartridge (Non-HP Cartridge Error)

I have an HP Envy 110 printer.  I recently refilled my HP black ink cartridge at Costco.

When I put it back into the printer, I get the below error.  Is there a way to fix this?  It's definitely an HP cartridge.

I'd like to help!

You may refill your cartridges or use remanufactured cartridges, but you may run into problems. HP will not guarantee the functionality of those ink cartridges.

You need to contact the ink manufacturer and find out why it's not working. Try a different cartridge supplier and check if that works.
