Sam problem to m in my 8610 from italy. I supposed that the ink cartridge was not correct. But they are right and good e

I'd be happy to assist you with the printer not recognizing your cartridge.

 

If you insert any other cartridge, does the printer recognize it? Are you also currently located in Italy?

Hi i do not know if the printer recognize other cartridges.. I have ordered another set of 4 cartridges. I will see. Yes i'm in italy and the printer is setted in italy and the cartridges i have are good for europe. Do you think can be the printer damaged?

Let us know what happens when you try inserting the set of cartridges that you've ordered. Was the Printer also purchased from Italy?

He new ink cartridges were recognized from the printer. So the printer is good and work  properly. Can i have a refund for the hp inks bought and not working. Are 950 and 951 set not xl.
