Hi,
My printer stopped using black ink. It still prints with the color cartridge - all test pages look fine except the black is missing. My black cartridge is nearly full and all cleaning, alignment etc. does nothing to change the situation. The printer gives no errors and seems oblivious that it is not printing from the black cartridge.
To add insult to injury, HP is now charging me for printing blank pages because I have foolishly enrolled in their instant ink program. I have no idea how to dispute the charges, nor how to notify them that the black ink cartridge is faulty. Their instant ink program assumes I have a full cartridge and there is no problem, so they will never send me a replacement.
I would like help to:
1. fix the printer so it prints with black ink
2. fix my bill so I am not paying for HP's malfunction
