Product: Envy Pro 6455

Pinter won’t print…already tried cleaning the cartridges.. already tried printing quality report .. everything nothing works.. yes my ink cartridges are full my paper is in right i have no error messages… just when I go to print it’s blank ……. I’ve only had this printer for 2 years and had just put a new cartridge
