Hello 

im having issuse where when i print in colour it appears in greyscale but i has hint of colour eg when printing a picture of  grass it will print in greyscale but i has a green tint, when printing a picture of ocean its greyscale but it has blue tint same thing happened when i change my ink cartridge and  greyscale pictures appears normal

 

When i run the diagnostics cleaning and alignment the printed sheets appeared normal the colours were correct and no colour issues

@Troy21, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try making a standalone copy in color of a picture and check if that prints fine(Important). By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the estimated ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.

 

Perform steps 5 and 4 respectively from this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing

 

Try printing different types of documents like PDF, word, or a web page in color and check the result.
