HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have an HP Envy 7858 which is having issues printing, even with brand new cartridges. I have already gone through the Clean Cartridge and Align Cartridge steps multiple times. I have tried factory resets of the printer as well, and I've bought new cartridges for it and nothing works.

The black ink just gives completely blank pages, the tri-color ink seems to do okay (but not great) with magenta and yellow, but absolutely no cyan.

Hello,
It sounds frustrating to deal with persistent printing issues despite trying multiple fixes. Here are a few steps you can try: medicarecard

  1. Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure the cartridges are properly installed and seated correctly.

  2. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor: This tool can diagnose and fix common printing problems.

  3. Update Firmware: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date.

  4. Contact HP Support: If the issue persists, contact HP Support for further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Sonia Lewis

I have already done all of these. It is truly just a printer issue.
