I'm trying to print documents, and the black ink very quickly failed as the document went along.  I checked the ink level, and it looked to be about 20% full.  I did the nozzle cleaning several times, and the black seemed to have just quit.  So, I figured the ink had dried out, at which point I replaced the ink cartridge.  Now, the black is only printing half lines.  I tried to print a 3-page article and every-other line on the first page was fine, and every-other line only had the top half of the words.  Oddly enough, on the back page (I was printing double-sided), I only got the bottom part of every-other line.  I can't seem to find a solution online, and cleaning the printer heads isn't doing anything to fix this.  What is going on?
