Product: HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer

Hi! My deskjet 2755 printer, which I had left unopened for a few years, is only printing blank pages. Both of the cartridges (black and tricolor) are full of ink and there don’t seem to be any other issues. I’ve tried restarting the printer, printing a test page, cleaning the printer, and verified that the tape had been taken off. Some ink rubbed off on my fingers as well so it doesn’t appear to be dry. I was wondering if there are any further steps I could take?

Replace ink cartridges.
