Printer printing blank pages

Hi, I have the HP Envy 7645 printer. The ink levels both say they are at about half. When I print a page, however, it comes out entirely blank. I have cleaned the cartridges using the printer setting. I have also taken them out and put them back in. I have also ensured they are the correct cartridges (62). I am not sure what is wrong. What should I try next?
