Hello HP Support,

I'm experiencing an issue with my printer. Despite having sufficient toner, as indicated on the HP Smart dashboard, the printer consistently produces blank pages when attempting to print documents. Could you please help me identify the cause of this problem?

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your printer that is printing blank pages.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.

 

Do you have the same issue when you make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

 

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).

- May I know which application are you using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
