Hi @Gem1935,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Inkjet 2755 printer is only printing blank pages, there could be several possible causes for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to try to resolve the problem.

  • Check Ink Levels: Make sure that the ink cartridges in your printer have enough ink. If they are low or empty, replace them with new cartridges.
  • Run Printer Diagnostic: Many printers, including HP printers, have built-in diagnostic tools that can help identify and fix common issues. Check your printer's user manual or HP's website for instructions on how to run a diagnostic test.
  • Clean Print Heads: Print heads can become clogged with dried ink, which can prevent the printer from properly depositing ink on the page. Most printers have a built-in cleaning function that you can use to clean the print heads. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to do this.
  • Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer settings are configured correctly. Make sure that the printer is set to print in color if you are trying to print a color document.
  • Update Printer Drivers: Outdated or corrupted printer drivers can cause printing issues. Make sure that you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can usually download drivers from the HP website.
  • Restart Printer: Sometimes simply restarting the printer can resolve minor issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again.
  • Check Paper and Paper Tray: Ensure that the paper you are using is not damaged and is loaded correctly in the paper tray. Also, make sure that the paper size and type settings in the printer match the paper you are using.
  • Inspect for Physical Obstructions: Check the printer for any physical obstructions that may be blocking the paper path or print heads.
  • Reset Printer: As a last resort, you can try resetting the printer to its factory defaults. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to do this.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
