Printer printing red only

My Hp office inkjet pro 6960 is only printing red

i have tried customer support with no joy.

I have replaced all four cartridges

updated apps and firmware

done test pages etc

upplugged at the back and socket with all cartridges out and in.

reset to factory settings but it still does the same.

anybody got an idea to use or do I need a new printer
