I have an Laserjet M1217 printer. With a 3 month old print cartridge, printer began printing full black pages. Replaced the cartridge...still only black pages.

I understand you are facing a printing issue with your Laserjet M1217 printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue. 

 

If you have an HP Laserjet Pro M1217nwf Mfp Printer -  Then it is a Monochrome printer which means it only prints/copies in black. But if you have a different model, then please help me with the below details.

 

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID
  • Which ink toner did you replace recently?
  • Could you please help me with the Toner number?

It's a Laserjet M1217 nfw MFP.  Product #: CE844A

It's a B&W printer but now prints total black page..no content!  Same problem even after replacing the cartridge  with a new HP 85A CE285A.
