Hi @Twixoreo,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ENVY Photo 6255 printer is printing blank pages, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your ink cartridges have enough ink. Replace any cartridges that are low or empty.
- Check Ink Cartridge Installation: Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed. Remove and reinsert them if necessary.
- Clean Printhead: Use the printer’s built-in cleaning function to clean the printhead. This can often resolve issues with printing blank pages.
- Run a Printhead Alignment: Go to your printer's settings and run a printhead alignment. This can help resolve issues with print quality.
- Update Printer Drivers: Ensure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Visit HP’s website to download and install any available updates.
- Check Paper Type and Quality: Ensure you are using the correct type and quality of paper for your printer. Using the wrong paper can sometimes cause printing issues.
- Perform a Hard Reset: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. Firmware updates can sometimes resolve printing issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
