HP Recommended

I have HP Envy 5000 series. Pages are blank after printing. I have changed cartridges so they are new HP brand. I have gone thru all previous steps including unplugging from wall and unit and then replugging. Tried 2 virtual help and still did not work after their directions. Can anyone help?
