I have an HP Officejet Pro 6960 Series all-in-one printer. It was working fine yesterday, today when I went to print it spit out a blank page, I checked the ink all 4 cartridges are about 3/4 full. Its connected wireless to the router, I've done a 3rd degree deep cleaning, and aligned the print heads several times, I even got to the point where I uninstalled and reinstalled not once but 3 times, and it still spits out blank paper. The virtual agent is useless. HP smart is of no help, for some odd ball reason HP products cannot register that HP Smart is install and constantly tells me to Install HP Smart to finish the setup, which it does not do. I would appreciate any assistance in getting this blank page situation fixed.
Thank you.

@Marii1, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer is printing blank pages. Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
Check the ink level on the printer screen and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.
Clean the printhead up to 2 times and print a test page to check the result.
Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
If the issue persists even after replacing the ink cartridges, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printhead and it is non-removable on this model printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
If the printer is working fine with an alternate cyan ink cartridge, it could be the cartridge that is defective. In this case, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.

After trying all the solutions you and several others recommended, but sorry to say they didn't work, I toke it to my computer/printer tech he broke the news to me that it would be cheaper for me to get a new printer than try to replace the print heads. So thanks everyone, for all your assistance in attempt to solve my printer problem.
