Printer prints pink instead of blue

My printer is the following: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 Product No. T0F28A Serial No. TH7316Q1MF. It has commenced printing in PINK when it should be BLUE. I’ve researched what to do, without success. I changed out the blue cartridge (Marked with a “C”), which makes no difference. It continues to print in PINK.

What to do? Thank you.
