Hi @william780,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with your printer where it prints blank pages at random times. There could be several reasons for this issue, and here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve it:

Check for Software Updates: Make sure your printer's firmware and driver software are up-to-date. You can typically find the latest updates on Official HP® Support.

Perform a Hard Reset: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on.

Ink or Toner Levels: Check the ink or toner levels in your cartridges. Low or empty cartridges can sometimes cause printing issues.

Paper Feed: Ensure that the paper is correctly loaded in the tray and that it is not damaged or damp, which might cause paper jams or improper feeding.

Print Queue: Double-check the print queue and clear it of any stuck jobs that may have been missed.

Run a Printhead or Ink Cartridge Cleaning: If the printer has not been used for a while, the printhead or ink cartridges might need cleaning to ensure that ink flows properly.

Connection Issues: Check that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network and try restarting the connection.

Try a Different Document: See if the issue persists with different types of documents or try printing a test page directly from the printer's settings menu.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
