Hello,
I've cleaned my print heads and checked to see if there are clogs already. The printer prints the test page perfectly, but will not properly print any documents say anything from Excel, Word, or any PDF.
The printer starts printing in a faded blue, than becomes lighter and lighter and then fades to nothing. The printer head continues to move like it's printing, but no ink comes out.
Anybody have any suggestions?
Thanks!
