I appreciate you taking the time to share your question. I'm more than happy to assist with this and provide a solution that works for you.

I understand your HP DeskJet Plus 4152 prints a test page but rolls out blank sheets when printing other documents. Let's walk through some steps to resolve this:

Check Ink Levels

Make sure both the black and tri-color cartridges have sufficient ink.

  • Open the HP Smart app or printer software on your PC.
  • Go to Printer Status > Estimated Ink Levels.

If ink is low or empty, replace the cartridges.
 

Run Printhead Cleaning

Sometimes clogged nozzles cause blank pages.

  • On the printer control panel, press Setup (gear icon).
  • Navigate to Maintenance > Clean Printhead.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

You can also do this via the HP Smart app under Tools.

 

Use Genuine HP Cartridges

Non-HP or refilled cartridges may cause printing issues. Ensure you're using genuine HP 67 or 67XL cartridges.

Reinstall Printer Drivers

Corrupt drivers can cause blank prints.

  • Uninstall the printer from Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Download and reinstall the full driver/software package from HP: Official HP® Support

Try a Different Document or App

Sometimes the issue is with the file or app you're printing from.

  • Try printing a simple Notepad document.
  • If it prints fine, the issue may be with the original file or app.

Perform a Power Reset

  • With the printer on, unplug the power cord from the back.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

If the issue persists after these steps, try printing a diagnostic page:

  • Press and hold the Information and Cancel buttons together.
  • This will print a Printer Status Report.
