My printer prints wave-marks (diacritics?) on every page.
I've tried re-installing the drivers.
I've tried different kinds of printer-paper.
I've tried the different quality settings, so it is not caused by the eco-mode.
I've tried different document-types, printed from different programs.
The marks are not smears or dirt, the printer is deliberately printing them.
Maybe there is something wrong with the calibration of the printer, but I could not find a way to recalibrate the printer.
Can someone help me?

@Lvdusschoten, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the print quality is not good. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Fixing Poor Print Quality
Printing a cleaning page will also check the alignment.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

If the issue persists, the last resort would be to perform a factory reset
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
