HP Officejet pro 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hp officejet pro 8620 bought in 2015,  is giving me error signs of a cartridge may be damaged replace with new one.  I have just replaced withbrand new HP cartridges, all 4.  I have done all the stuff on the vitural help but nothing worked.  Has anyone had this problem?  I thought it could be the printer head.  They cost over 1/2 of what the printer is worth to replace.  Does anyone have any suggestions or answers.  I would **bleep** but don't have a number for that.  Only found C/S #.  Thank you for any help.

Hi @Silenteclipse,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are facing a cartridge error on the printer.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
