Hi @NikiG623,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check for Stuck Print Jobs: On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers. Find your printer, right-click it, and select "See what’s printing." Cancel all print jobs and try printing again.

Run a Printhead Cleaning: On the printer screen, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Clean Printhead. Let the printer complete the cleaning and try printing again.

Check Ink Levels & Replace Cartridges: Low or faulty cartridges can cause strange prints. On the printer screen, check ink levels and replace any low/empty cartridges.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers: Visit HP Support to download the latest drivers for your printer. Uninstall the old driver, restart your computer, and install the updated one.

Print a Test Page: On your printer, go to Setup > Reports > Print Quality Report. If the test page looks normal, the issue is likely software-related. If the test page also has color blocks, there may be a hardware or printhead issue.

Try Printing from a Different Device: If possible, print from another computer, phone, or USB to check if the issue is with your printer or your computer’s print settings.

Perform a Factory Reset: If nothing works, reset the printer to factory settings by going to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Restore Defaults.

Give these steps a shot, and let me know how it goes. If the problem persists, it could be a hardware issue with the printhead. I’m here to help! 😊

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?"—your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Best regards,
