HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Hello I have a Photo Envy 7855 printer. I use for printing photos mainly. I have had it just under a year and it has now started print with a red tint on all of my photos. Even just normal colored documents or discolored with a tint.  I have did a factory reset on the printer, uninstalled HP software, printed from different devices, changed ink (HP ink), reset to factory settings.... I am at loss on what do now. So frustrating that I can't get in touch with a HP support person and the chat function is no help. Any advice will be tried. Thank you!

I understand the print quality is not good. Have you tried printing a picture on regular paper and check if the issue persists?

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridges, and print a test page to check the result.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be an issue with the printer as you have already replaced the ink cartridge.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

 

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6) Fill out the webform and proceed further.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes, please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
