Black ink will not print (Color does).  Spoke with someone last Monday and eventually was told that the printer was old and that a new printer was being sent to me at no charge, however, it is a week later and there has been no sign of the printer and I can't speak to anyone at your company to determine what the status is.  Please respond.

Welcome to the HP Community.

 

That is indeed an older printer - long out of warranty.

Unless something very unusual has happened, the printer would not be eligible for replacement by HP Support.

Perhaps you were speaking with someone other than HP?

 

That said, we do not speak for HP Support.

I will send your question for Review.

 

Meanwhile, if you do have a case open with HP Support, use the contact information you were provided when you opened the case.
