Product: HpEnvy 4601
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Copy or print always returns blank paper. Tried with one cartridge at a time still the same. Ink levels show ok, black is very low though. Trying to print Quality report or status report or alignment report, copy, its always blank paper.

 

Haven't used this printer for quite a long time because it was never working to begin with.

I understand your concerns. I suggest you replace the black cartridges and then clean the printhead
