We have an HP Officejet Pro 8730 that has just stopped working.
The error message says that there is a cartridge problem, says that cartridges are missing or damaged.
We have put all new cartridges in as it is flagging up all 4 colours and we have also cleaned the barcode chip in each one just in case, but it is still not registering it.
Have turned it off and the plug, waited and turned it back on and still nothing.
Can anyone help>

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.
Kindly refer to the step 'All other ink cartridge error' on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
