Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer

Printer will skip a whole line, just prints a very blurry and broken characters. I have already clean the cartridges and printer head, also did an alignment but nothing is working. I have enough ink. I even took the cartridge out and gave it a good shake. 

 

How do I fix this.
