HP Smart is a trash and it doesn't help my printer to print well again. Previosly there was an option to allign printheads manually, but now i don't see any app and even my Windows 10 doesn't allow me to do it. Is there any special app that exist to help with manual allignment?

Hi @Ianberk,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you’re having a tough time with your HP DeskJet 3630. If you’ve tried multiple alignments and are still seeing issues, here’s what you can do:
- HP Print and Scan Doctor: This is a diagnostic tool provided by HP that can help with print quality issues and other problems. You can download it from the HP support website. It might offer additional alignment or calibration options.
- Printer Software: Sometimes, the full-featured printer software that came with your printer can provide more detailed alignment options than the basic HP Smart app. If you don’t have the original installation software, you can download it from the HP website. Look for a driver or software package for your model.
- Manual Alignment via Printer Control Panel: On some printers, you can manually align the printheads using the printer’s own control panel. Refer to the printer’s manual for any specific instructions on how to do this.
- Firmware Update: Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date. HP occasionally releases updates that can fix bugs or improve printer performance. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Check for Obstructions or Printhead Issues: Sometimes, alignment problems can be due to obstructions or issues with the printhead itself. Make sure there’s no paper or debris blocking the print path, and check if the printhead is properly seated.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
