HP Recommended

I have HP Smart Tank 7602 All-in-One. We had to add more ink, so we did and since closing the ink cartridge area, it now says checking printer for ink. It has been in an endless loop of doing this for over 2 days. We have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it's not recognizing anything. We can't connect to the printer to do anything from our computer or phones, it's just stuck on this one screen on the printer. So we are unable to print or do anything at this point. Please help
