Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have consistently had this problem. I don't use color but have to keep buying color cartridges. I have the printer set at the system level to Black only and then again in each app. I get black ink only. Never have asked for color. It still uses up the color cartridges. I just bought all new cartridges from authorized dealer. When installed, all color cartridges did not reach the top. The black did. I contacted the HP agent and they said they were brand new and not refilled. Printer accepted them. But now I print in blank ink only and within 2 weeks, the color cartridges are half full. I am not using "GRAY". Using blank ink only. Please help. I don't want color or to use color cartridges. Thanks. Windows 11, HP 6950.
