Printer using too much coloured ink. . Black ink on fingers when checked if prints have dried

 It seems to be using too much colourd ink. Printing seems to take a long time. After ages (over one hour) checking if prints are dried , I get wet black ink on fingers

What king of paper you are printing on, not all papers can be printed.

It's the paper, use different photo paper.

For best results HP recommends using HP photo paper, those are top quality. 

Take note that printing photos consume a lot of ink.
