I have had a case open since the 3rd February to check the warranty status of my printer as it is less than a year old but no one has answered or dealt with this case Case ID: [Personal Information Removed].

There seems to be no way to contact HP Support without opening another case

The printer is reporting a head failed error and is unusable as it reports random ink cartridge status despite me changing the cartridges.

I need to print some A3 plans but this printer seems wholly unreliable based on searches I have done

Thanks for advising this is a public forum and that I should not include the  case number.

The model number under the top cover is CR768A and it is a HP Officejet 7110. I only bought it last year, the model description in the original post is what was picked up from my Dashboard.

Is the printer model that old as I bought it from new last June 2021 so was still being sold by some retailers then.

OK - thanks for the confirmation.

Not sure what to say about retailers selling old tech - it happens.

I'll pass your question along to the moderators - should they respond, look for a message here before the agent uses other methods to contact you.

I have raised a warranty check case but had no answer.

I have not seen any response or had any contact about the warranty
