Product: HP Deskjet 2635

Hi, I have an HP deskjet 2635 printer. I was out of black ink. I bought a new cartridge which is an HP one that is appropriate for the printer.  I installed as I usually do and printer wont print align page.  We tried to clean the printheads etc but it is still not printing. Need some help on this.
