HP Smart Tank Plus 650 series: My printer will not print black ink. All ink tanks are full. I have ran all systems cleanings, alignments, and quality checks. No black ink on any sheet, and only light yellow, pink, and blue. My cartridge will not move to center when the cartridge door is open. Printer says ready to print. How do I fix this problem?
