Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

Printer will not print blue ink. It prints red, yellow and black just fine. I have tried 2 brand new hp instant ink cyan cartridges, cleaned print heads x6, aligned print heads x8, checked that the cartridge is properly vented x3, tried non-instant ink then switched back to the new instant ink cartridge x3.

printer will still not print blue ink. 
Can anyone help or is it time to dump this printer?
