Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer will not print due to empty ink cartridges.  Replaced with new hp cartridges.  Get a message that says one of the hp cartridges is used.  Turn off printer and unplug to do a reset and it still does not print.  Cartridges are all new.  Ink level on black 950 shows empty but it is new and based on its weight, it has ink in it.
