Hi 

I have not used the printer for over a week and then tried to tonight but the colour 65/304 ink cartridge is not being recognised. I have tried cleaning the contacts twice but this has not corrected the issue.  Can someone please help or suggest a solution? The ink cartridge is pretty much full so not sure what's causing this issue .

I see that the color Instant Ink cartridge is not working. Do you get any errors?

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the issue persists, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
