Product: HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was trying to print a shipping label and everything that should be black is coming out either gray or just the outline of the letters. Nothing is clear and black the way it should be. The ink levels are all high - I recently installed new color and black cartridges. They were originally working fine after I installed them. I've tried cleaning the printheads. The weird thing is that the printer will print a perfectly fine test page but that's it. If I try to photocopy the test page itself, I get the same gray or outlined blacks. The test page is the only thing that will print normally. I've tried printing from multiple devices and even using eprint and all had the same results. I'm at a loss. Please help!
