Product: OfficeJet Pro 6968

I use an Officejet Pro 6968 printer. It suddenly stopped printing black ink, despite the ink level being high and no error messages. Prints color just fine. I've tried all of the trouble shooting options including, unplugging the printer, print cleaning/alignment, and haven't been able to resolve the issue. The black ink cartridge seems to recognized but no ink.
