Product: HP DeskJet 3760 All-in-One Printer

I have genuine HP cartridges 304XL COLOUR 304XL BLACK, just today while printing everything started coming out with red a colour through. I’ve done all the trouble shooting and tried every option given and can’t get anywhere. When I do the print quality report page it’s blank where cyan and light cyan should be. There’s only magenta, black and yellow. Would anyone have any advice please? Thankyou in advance
