I'm running MacOS Monterey. All my drivers are up to date. I ran a print quality diagnostic and everything looks ok there. This has been going on ever since I bought the printer but the blue is really starting to bug me especially when I'm highlighting my documents in aqua. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Yes, my cartridges are in the correct slots, with new ink. Ran diagnosis and there were no issues found. I don't understand why I just can't get a live person to help me fix my problem instead of the virtual agent. I'm frustrated cause I have finals this week and I just need to get this fixed so I can move on with my studying and making my reviews for my exams. Hopefully I don't get sent around all over the web looking for drivers and this and that in order to fix this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @JoJoBear,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to print in aqua.
To assist better-
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic pagee
-
Make sure your device is on the same wireless network as your printer.
-
Open HP Smart, and then select your printer, if it is not already selected.
-
Under Tools, click Printer Reports.
-
Next to Print Quality Report, click Print.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
